PoSH Services:

Janodaya provides consultancy-based services to various government and private sector organizations, serving as an external member NGO on their Internal Committee. As one of the pioneering organizations actively involved in the implementation of the Internal Committe guidelines, Janodaya has been contributing to creating safer workplaces since the introduction of the Vishakha Guidelines by the Government of India.

Our Founder Director, Ms. Santosh, has been an active member of the Local Comittee in Bangalore. Her extensive knowledge and practical experience in handling PoSH-related cases have positioned Janodaya as a trusted organization for representation, training, and capacity building of workers across the garment sector and various other industries.
