Trainings for Women Entrepreneurs

The Women Entrepreneurs Training Programme by Janodaya Trust is focused on empowering women from urban and rural communities to achieve economic independence through entrepreneurship and skill development.

Through this initiative, Janodaya helps women build confidence, acquire business skills, and access financial resources to start and sustain their own enterprises — thereby contributing to family income and community development.

Our Initiative

Janodaya works closely with women to:

  • Promote entrepreneurial skill building through structured training sessions and mentoring
  • Facilitate access to funding through Self Help Groups (SHGs) and small-scale credit societies
  • Support women in establishing and managing small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs)
  • Provide hands-on training, guidance, and continuous follow-up to ensure long-term success

Our Impact

Many women trained under this programme have successfully launched ventures in diverse fields such as tailoring, food processing, handicrafts, retail, and services — creating sustainable livelihoods for themselves and others in their communities.
